Do I need experience to start Fitness Kickboxing?
No experience is necessary. Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels. Instructors guide you through each workout while helping you learn proper technique and movement.
Is Fitness Kickboxing a good workout for weight loss?
Yes. Fitness Kickboxing is an excellent full-body workout that helps burn calories, improve cardio endurance, and increase overall conditioning. Combined with consistency and healthy habits, it can be a great way to support weight loss goals.
Will I actually learn kickboxing techniques?
Yes. While the focus is fitness and conditioning, students also learn real striking combinations, footwork, movement, and proper technique in a safe and controlled environment.
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. If equipment is needed, our instructors will help guide you on what to use and how to get started.
