Do I need experience to start yoga?
Not at all. Our yoga classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all experience levels. Whether this is your first class or you’ve practiced before, our instructors will guide you step-by-step in a supportive environment.
What should I bring to yoga class?
We recommend comfortable workout clothing and a water bottle. If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it, but we can also help provide space and guidance for beginners getting started.
Is yoga only for flexible people?
Absolutely not. Yoga helps improve flexibility over time — you do not need to already be flexible to begin. Many students start with limited flexibility and gradually improve through consistent practice.
